Extensive research showed that architects didn’t like glass products. They found them confusing. Our client had also spent 20 years building brands and they become different. So the challenge was to make glass sexy again, which it is, and unify his companies.
We used our process. We started with research. We spoke to architects and validated all the theories. This helped create a customer journey map and audience profile. We always partner with our clients and take on board their expertise in the business and this was invaluable in this project. We then created a visual style to run across all the companies and are now developing this into a complete set of assets.
